## Get supplier context into the process

Research the business behind a supplier, review the returned records and prepare a concise onboarding brief. Keep source details with the summary so another person can check the work.

## Turn product information into a worklist

Use approved product records to organise missing fields, inconsistent descriptions and items that need review. Produce a structured next step for your team rather than leaving suggestions in a chat.

## Plan around the right working dates

Bring country-specific calendar context into campaign and operations preparation. Make date assumptions visible so the team can review the plan.

## Featured workflow: supplier and product onboarding

Start with a supplier name and approved product information. Gather relevant business context, organise supplied records, identify missing inputs and prepare a reviewable hand-off.

1. **Gather approved inputs** Start with the supplier identity, jurisdiction and product data approved by the retailer.
2. **Research the supplier** Use relevant supported local business context and keep the source fields attached.
3. **Organise product questions** Group missing or inconsistent information for follow-up with the supplier.
4. **Review and hand off** A team member checks the source and approves the onboarding next step.
