# Know where business information comes from

Review Aroai source providers, public record coverage, access conditions, freshness and known workflow limits.

## Published source: New Zealand Business Number register

The NZBN tools search and retrieve public business information from the New Zealand Business Number register. Search returns candidates; entity lookup uses a 13-digit NZBN. Available fields depend on the source record.

- [NZBN search](https://aroai.com/tools/nzbn_search): Find candidate business records.
- [NZBN entity details](https://aroai.com/tools/nzbn_get_entity): Read fields for one selected NZBN.

## Published calendar behavior

New Zealand calendar tools cover national public holidays and weekday counting with national observed holidays. Regional anniversary days and individual work rosters are excluded.

- [Public holidays](https://aroai.com/tools/nz_public_holidays): Review year limits and coverage.
- [Working days](https://aroai.com/tools/nz_working_days): Review inclusive range behavior and exclusions.

## Source facts and interpretation

A result reflects what its connected source returned at the time of the call. Aroai does not fill missing source fields from model memory. A workflow should show source names and unresolved questions beside its summary.

## Customer API keys for paid data providers

Supported tools can use a workspace-provided source key. If your key removes an upstream pass-through fee, the published tool can charge fewer Aroai credits; the provider may bill you directly. The current NZBN tools accept a customer key but still cost one credit, so those tools have no credit saving today.

- [Provider-key behavior](https://aroai.com/docs/provider-keys): Read what is supported now and which provider connections are on the roadmap.

## Third-party access requires its own review

Industry job pages describe intended workflow use. They do not imply a specific data provider, licence, private-system connection or external permission unless the corresponding tool page identifies it. Tavily, Apify and Azure or Mistral OCR are candidate future source examples, not live Aroai connections.

## Coverage changes

Use the public catalog for documented capability and live workspace discovery for actual access. Review product updates before relying on a source in a production workflow.
