Quickstart
Create a workspace, connect over Streamable HTTP and search a New Zealand business using a compatible MCP client.
Start at app.aroai.com/signup, or sign in to an existing workspace. Workspace membership controls which tools are available.
Use the combined MCP endpoint. Claude Code's command is shown here; follow the matching guide for other clients.
claude mcp add --transport http aroai https://mcp.aroai.com/v1For OAuth, follow the sign-in flow your client discovers. For an API key, create one under API keys in the portal and keep it in protected client credentials.
Authorization: Bearer aroai_live_YOUR_SECRET_KEYAsk your client to discover Aroai tools. The list reflects workspace access and client support.
Call nzbn_search with a business name you want to research. Its required query is at least two characters.
Check candidate names and identifiers and resolve ambiguous matches.
Use an actual returned 13-digit NZBN in nzbn_get_entity, following the discovered schema.
Keep returned fields and missing information visible. A connected indicator alone does not complete the task.
{

}Check the endpoint and authentication first. Then confirm workspace access, tool enablement, client feature support and remaining credits. A no-match result is valid; do not invent a business record.
Local intelligence. Ready to build.
Connect a compatible client, choose a workflow and review the source fields that come back.
